If you need anything dental done and don’t know who to turn to, look no further than Bayshore Dental!As a former long term resident of Whitefish Bay I was up here visiting friends and encountered a dental situation late on my first afternoon in town that needed immediate attention. I was in dire need of an evaluation of just how serious my situation really was.In as friendly, patient, and positive a manner as one could possibly wish for at that hour of the day, I got ahold of receptionist Ashley on the phone. After explaining why I was calling she said although they were just about to close for the day, if I was able to come in at 8 the next morning she’d schedule me to get the assessment I was looking for.I walked in at 8 the next morning and was immediately taken to one of their treatment rooms where Dental Assistant Laura, with the same friendly spirt as Ashley exhibited on the phone the day before, took X-rays and explained that Dr. Fox would be in momentarily.Yet again with that friendly, upbeat, and positive attitude exhibited by everyone else, Dr. Fox did a thorough exam, explained what she saw as needing to be done, contacted my dental insurance company for coverage approval, and asked if I would like her to take care of what was needed or would I prefer waiting to see my dentist back home.I said I’m here now and saw no reason to wait. Working with Dental Assistant Laura, Dr. Fox deftly took care of exactly what needed to be done in a competent and thorough manner and made certain I was comfortable with the outcome.I didn’t have a clue what to expect when I walked in given my situation, but walked out knowing that what I received was, thank goodness, way more than I could have imagined and certainly pleased that the Bayshore Dental team was able to accomplish what they did for me. I was one happy camper and very grateful.On my way out receptionist Kestly thanked me for coming in and said she was so glad they could accommodate me on such short notice.I told everyone that if I was given the opportunity to write a favorable review of Bayshore Dental I certainly would. I highly recommend Bayshore Dental! When my son suffered a dental injury, they fit him in immediately, even though we were new patients. Dr. Fox and the entire team were professional, welcoming, and did an incredible job repairing his tooth.The office is clean, modern, and scheduling appointments is quick and easy. After our experience, I completely understand why they have so many five-star reviews. We've found our new family dentist, and we couldn't be happier with the care we've received!
