Dr. Gauri Mona Patel

DDS

Dr. Mona Patel is an esteemed general dentist and owner at Bayshore Dental in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, with more than 20 years of clinical experience. Driven by a passion for creating more positive dental experiences, Dr. Patel has dedicated her career to utilizing the highest standard of digital dental technology to deliver predictable and successful results. The foundation of her patient relationships is built on communication and trust, making education and oral health awareness core pillars at Bayshore Dental.

Her practice is distinguished by advanced digital workflows, CEREC same-day crown technology, 3D printing, and Cone Beam CT imaging, which allow Dr. Patel and her team to provide more accurate, efficient, and precise care. You will often hear her say, “When I can see better in diagnosing, I can do better for my patients.” That commitment to excellence fuels her dedication to continuing education and professional growth.

A graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, Dr. Patel also completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). When not at Bayshore Dental, Dr. Patel is recognized globally as a speaker and thought leader in her field, lecturing on digital technology workflows, implantology, oral surgery, and foundational orthodontics for general dentists.

Dr. Sam Dugan

DMD

Dr. Sam Dugan is a general dentist serving patients in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, he completed both his undergraduate studies and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Louisville. His strong educational background and commitment to continuing education help guide the high-quality care he provides every day. Dr. Dugan is dedicated to staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry in order to offer patients modern, effective treatment options tailored to their individual needs.

Dr. Dugan is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry and serves as a mentor to students at Marquette University School of Dentistry, where he enjoys supporting the next generation of dental professionals. He is also passionate about giving back and regularly participates in dental outreach programs throughout Wisconsin to help expand access to care and improve oral health in underserved communities.

Dr. Sky Fox

DDS

Dr. Sky Fox is a digitally driven, biomimetic-focused general dentist committed to delivering modern, comprehensive care. Originally from South Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Science with Honors from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Marquette University School of Dentistry. She has pursued advanced training in Digital Smile Design, CEREC same-day restorations, implant restorative dentistry, and facial esthetics, continually refining her skills through ongoing education and professional study clubs.

Throughout her career, Dr. Fox has emphasized prevention-focused, long-term treatment planning rooted in conservative biomimetic principles. She integrates digital technology into everyday practice, from smile design and intraoral scanning to implant-supported restorations, to deliver results that are functional, natural, and lasting. She also provides facial esthetic services, including Botox and dermal fillers, to enhance overall smile harmony and patient confidence. As a member of the American Dental Association and the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association, she remains actively engaged in professional growth and collaboration.
