Initial Visit
Thank you for choosing Bayshore Dental for all of your dental needs.
We have created a comfortable environment where you can feel confident about the standard of dental care you receive.
Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. This visit will help us get acquainted with each other and learn about your goals and desires for dental treatment. Generally, x-rays will be taken, allowing Dr. Patel, Dr. Seubert and Dr. Dugan to examine the jaw’s structure, teeth position and tooth decay. If you have current x-rays from your former dentist, please have them emailed to our office. Oral hygiene instructions will also be provided along with suggestions to help you care for your teeth. In most cases, we will also clean your teeth on this visit and provide an evaluation of any existing dental issues and proposed treatment.
We believe that good dental care begins with open communication. We promise to speak candidly with you about any symptoms that may require further treatment, providing our diagnoses, alternative treatment options, and our recommendations. Working together, we can achieve a true partnership with one common goal: keeping your smile beautiful and your teeth, gums, and jaw joints healthy!
New Patient Forms
To prepare for your upcoming appointment, Bayshore Dental provides our patient forms online. Arriving with forms completed before your visit will also help ensure timely check-in at your appointment time.

Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Estimated patient portions are paid at the time of service. We proudly offer in-network insurance with Delta Dental.
As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, patients are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full.
